The ideal candidate has 7+ years in claims or related clerical roles, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; college preferred.
• Adjuster licensed preferred.
• 7 years of progressive claims or related administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims intake email inbox and triage initial notices.
• Set up claim files with data entry and electronic filing.
• Prepare reports and perform close activities as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and support claims personnel.
• Assist in special projects and workflow analysis.
