The Shores in Ocean City is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Assisted Living. The role provides direct resident care, including personal hygiene, mobility support, and daily living activities, aligned with individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include accurate record-keeping, wellness checks, dining support, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Active New Jersey CNA certification
• Preferred: experience in a long-term care setting
• Note: negative pre-employment drug test and annual flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available)

• Deliver care based on individualized service plans while maintaining accurate records

What You'll Need

Required:
