Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Maint Asst HCC to assist in general repairs and upkeep of a nursing center in accordance with regulations and guidelines. You will support electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and safety tasks to maintain a safe, functional environment for residents.

The role includes routine maintenance of HVAC, oxygen concentrators, fire safety equipment, and grounds keeping as part of daily operations. On-the-job training provided; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance of air conditioners/heaters.
• Uses pressure washer as requested.
• Tests fire alarm systems as scheduled/needed.
• Maintains and replaces electrical outlets and light bulbs.
• Repairs plumbing and fixtures as needed.
• Paints interior or exterior of center on request.
