You will post payments (Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, private pay), reconcile remittances, and support month-end close while maintaining audit-ready documentation. PCC experience is preferred for postings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to post cash payments accurately and timely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in AR posting.
• Ability to handle high-volume cash posting in healthcare settings.
• Experience with remittance processing and EOB/ERA reconciliation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post all payments (Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, private pay) accurately.
• Ensure daily posting of cash, checks, EFTs, and lockbox payments.
• Reconcile payments to remittance advice (EOBs/ERAs).
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between payments and billed amounts.
• Maintain clean AR balances and correct service dates on postings.
• Post contractual adjustments and flag underpayments/denials for follow-up.
• Support month-end close and AR reporting; provide trend insights.
