• 1+ year healthcare, insurance, or banking-related experience.
• Strong Excel, Outlook and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Post payment exceptions from a worklist to the appropriate charges to resolve debit/credit balances.
• Track and resolve forward balance transactions based on payer processes.
• Post payments to patient and insurance balances based on remittance advices and third‑party banking details.
• Review cash inquiries from collections teams and provide detailed responses on resolution.
