The position is full-time hourly, located on-site at the Tucson campus, and offers growth through direct industry engagement and campus-based programs.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least two (2) years of recruitment or staffing experience.
• Technical skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and video-conferencing tools.
• Equivalency: Any equivalent training, education, or experience will be considered.
• Hourly Pay: $20.80 – $24.96 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Externship & Employment Placement: facilitate externship placements and job opportunities.
• Market Development: acquire new externship sites through calls, networking, and alumni/faculty connections.
• Student Matchmaking: pair students with externship sites based on skills and assessments.
• Placement Coordination: coordinate externship interviews and site assignments.
• Clinical Monitoring: conduct site visits and monitor student progress and evaluations.
• Career Coaching: conduct workshops on resume/cover letters, networking, and interview skills.
• Graduate Support: advise graduates on job search activities and opportunities.
