Qualifications

• Minimum two years of recruitment or staffing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools.
• Hourly pay: $20.80–$24.96 per hour.
• Equivalency: any combination of training, education, or experience.
• ESOP ownership and 401(k) with employer match are offered.

Responsibilities

• Externship and employment placement.
• Market development via cold calling, direct sales, and networking.
• Student matchmaking based on skills and input.
• Placement coordination with site supervisors.
• Clinical monitoring through site visits and evaluations.
• Career coaching on resumes, networking, interviewing, and soft skills.
• Graduate support to optimize job search and preserve openings.
• Documentation audit for background checks and certifications.
• Data integrity: record attendance and calls in Campus Nexus.
• Reporting on placement outcomes and governance participation.
