Our products serve mid-to-upper-middle-market and national businesses, with strong relationships and endorsements from trade groups and associations.

Role Overview: The Healthcare Captive Sales Executive will focus on organic growth in Beyond Health and BevCap medical stop-loss captive programs. The role involves expanding membership, enhancing customer relationships, and driving revenue through new business development. The position requires interaction with brokers, client C-suites, and ownership, with the ability to articulate complex insurance concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and meet prospective brokers and distribution partners virtually or in person to expand our captive program footprint.
  2. Generate and manage a pipeline of accounts, aiming to meet or exceed new business and profitability targets.
  3. Guide prospects through the sales process to closure and participate in onboarding with the Account Service team.
  4. Support client renewal activities and advocate for renewals.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing and Underwriting to implement sales strategies.
  6. Deliver excellent customer service aligned with our brand promise.
  7. Contribute to the development and execution of our national growth strategy, including preparing professional documentation such as proposals and board books.
  8. Track and report negotiation outcomes and proposal statuses using CRM tools like Salesforce or Salesloft.
  9. Participate in workshops and relationship-building activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of self-funded health plans, captive programs, and employee benefits.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the Accident & Health or Stop Loss insurance industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong relationship management skills and customer understanding.
  • Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and follow-through.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
