Job summary

University of Utah Health Hospitals and Clinics is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects in a complex healthcare environment. You will coordinate with the project superintendent, engineer, and campus stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, a related field, or the equivalency.
• Four (4) years of progressively more responsible leadership experience.
• Valid, State of Utah Driver's License may be required depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Manage project budgets, labor and non-labor costs, and invoicing processes.
• Foster positive relationships with staff, stakeholders, and leadership to support project goals.
