• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is required.
• 5+ years of healthcare or higher education capital project management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements in healthcare and research facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design and construction of capital projects, including new buildings and renovations.
• Coordinate external contractors and in-house staff during construction activities.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule and budget aligned with client needs and organizational goals.
• Assist in contracts for architectural and engineering consultants and oversee design through construction administration.
• Lead bidding, award and construction execution to ensure safety, efficiency and on-schedule delivery.
• Oversee ancillary components like telecommunications and relocation services.
