• 7 years of progressive experience in planning, design, and construction.

• Leads major capital projects, typically > $30M, with overall responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develops and manages strategies for competitive bidding and complex contracts with architecture, engineering, and construction firms.
• Ensures design and construction meet healthcare regulations, FGI standards, and project changes are evaluated and implemented.
