Job summary

STV Group seeks an Healthcare Assistant Project Manager to join our PM/CM team in Palm Beach County, FL. The role focuses on representing owner interests across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life sciences facilities, guiding design through closeout with a strong emphasis on budgets and schedules.

The candidate must have a track record of managing at least $10 million in healthcare or related construction, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Project and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience managing minimum of $10 million healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical or related construction.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with MS Project and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM in leading project teams and setting goals.
• Develop policies, mentor team members, and support project completion.
• Lead healthcare projects with demanding resources, risk and complexity.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, change orders and invoices.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and relationships with clients and vendors.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and budget.
