Qualifications

• 6+ months' experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong phone skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with healthcare practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably AthenaNet.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume of inbound calls promptly and courteously.
• Make outbound calls including following up on patient voicemails.
• Provide accurate information using AthenaNet EMR.
• Greet patients and visitors professionally with empathy.
