TEKsystems is seeking a hearing care advisor in Eden Prairie, MN for a contract-to-hire arrangement. The role involves handling approximately 60 phone calls per day, primarily assisting a new Cigna client with insurance verifications and understanding current benefits after switching coverage.

Some calls involve verifying provider networks and locating clinics or audiologists. Occasional transfers to the inbound team may occur to schedule appointments.

Description

Company is looking for a hearing care advisor. This person will specifically be supporting their new client Cigna. They will be taking about 60 phone calls a day give or take 10/20. As this is a new client a good portion of the calls are Cigna insurance members calling to verify their insurance and to understand what benefits they have now that they do not have their previous coverage. Some other phone calls can be to verify network, find a clinic/audiologist. They may be asked to transfer to the inbound team to see if they can actually schedule them an appointment at said clinic.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
