Ideal candidates have 3+ years of supervisory experience in food service, a culinary background, strong leadership, and cost-control know-how.

Qualifications

• Three or more years supervisory experience in food service operations.
• Knowledge of retail, food and catering trends with a focus on quality and cost controls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related computer programs.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Effective communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Handles all aspects of staff management.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Maintains knowledge of market trends and applies them to the account.
• Controls costs and expenditures; manages inventory and sanitation.
