The role involves planning, payroll records, hiring and training, and collaborating with marketing and culinary teams to roll out programs.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in food service, strong leadership and financial skills, and solid communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years supervisory experience in food service operations.
• Leadership and coaching skills for diverse hourly teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong financial, budgeting, accounting and computational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, Internet, and common software tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks
• Handles all aspects of staff management
• Manages all financials including budget development, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Maintains knowledge of the market place and trends
• Manages cost controls and expenditures for the account
• Oversees sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s)
• Purchases and manages inventory
• Rolls out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams
• Acts as the direct liaison with the client
