Summit BHC is seeking a Business Development Representative for our Raleigh, NC facility to grow referrals from professional sources and expand services. This onsite role requires building relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and other referral sources, while managing CRM leads and reporting activities.

You will develop community workshops, coordinate with admissions and treatment teams, and maintain strong market knowledge.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years’ healthcare business development/marketing experience preferred.
• Good understanding of local market and referral base.
• Organized with strong relational skills; able to multitask.
• Flexible hours including evenings, mornings, and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements business development programs with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains a schedule of primary sources (business, industry, physicians, EAPs, managed care) and documents contacts in CRM.
• Maintains account information and prepares business development reports and materials.
• Develops and maintains new accounts and markets; expands referral sources and networks.
• Cultivates strong relationships with key referral sources and manages targeted contacts per plan.
• Organizes community workshops, seminars, and facility tours to educate clients and referral sources.
• Represents the facility at civic/professional events and acts as liaison with public.
