Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Healthcare Business Development Representative to grow referral relationships across the East Bay for a multi-specialty medical group. You will represent specialists in orthopedics, spine, interventional pain, neurology, and neuropsychology while building ties with attorneys, chiropractors, physicians, urgent cares, clinics, and other referral partners.

The role is field-based in Walnut Creek, CA with a base salary of $65,000–$85,000 plus uncapped

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, provider relations, medical sales, personal injury, legal services, or another relationship-driven role.
• Proven ability to develop accounts, territories, or referral networks.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and spend significant time in the field.
• Strong organization and territory-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow referral relationships throughout the East Bay
• Develop new business with PI law firms, chiropractors, medical providers, and clinics
• Educate partners on specialties, services, and treatment options
• Expand existing accounts and identify new referral opportunities
• Maintain consistent in-person contact with priority accounts
• Remove referral barriers by partnering with internal clinical and operational teams
• Manage territory strategy, follow-up, referral activity, and account development
• Attend networking and community events

We’re hiring a Healthcare Business Development Representative to grow referral relationships across the East Bay for a multi-specialty medical group treating patients following accidents and acute injuries.
You’ll represent specialists in orthopedics, spine, interventional pain, neurology, and neuropsychology while building relationships with attorneys, chiropractors, physicians, urgent cares, clinics, and other referral partners.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow referral relationships throughout the East Bay
• Develop new business with PI law firms, chiropractors, medical providers, and clinics
• Educate partners on specialties, services, and treatment options
