Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains primary referral sources and documents contacts in CRM.
• Maintains account information and prepares development reports.
• Develops new accounts and strategies to increase referrals in competitive markets.
• Builds relationships with physicians, social workers, discharge planners.
• Conducts community workshops and facility tours to educate clients and referral sources.
• Represents the facility at civic and professional events to promote the facility.
• Manages leads and supports admissions process in coordination with Admissions.
