Job summary

The Brook Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky seeks a dedicated Community Liaison to implement strategy from senior management, maximize referral potential, and develop new business for the facility. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with physicians, mental health professionals, and other referral resources.

Candidates should have a Master’s Degree, Kentucky driver’s license, and strong public speaking and social media abilities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required for candidacy.
• Familiarity and connections with local community; health-care experience preferred.
• Valid Kentucky Driver’s License with good driving record.
• Public speaking skills - comfortable speaking to small and large groups.
• Social media knowledge.
• Previous experience in the mental health field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationships with all disciplines.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and professional communication.
• Research prospective business development opportunities and assist in MOR reporting.
• Support facility tours and understanding of hospital layout and programming offered.
• Develop and execute business development events and strengthen physician/light/referral networks.
