This role emphasizes UAT support, issue resolution, and process improvements to drive program success. You will contribute to multiple programs, including New York Medicaid Choice, translating business needs into actionable specs and collaborating with

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements, workflows, or business processes.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, and other business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and determine business requirements and define processes.
• Understand problems and recommend solutions to achieve organizational goals.
• Extract, tabulate, and analyze data to support program activity and decision making.
• Review and edit requirements, specifications, and business processes for new functionalities and solutions.
• Process all Production Support Requests by receiving defect reports and cross-referencing with requirements.
