Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing maintenance and repair operations for a healthcare facility, campus, or portfolio
• Serve as technical leader for engineering operations ensuring high performance of building systems
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and safety procedure manuals
• Oversee staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Develop cost estimates and manage budgets for facilities maintenance
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate critical response efforts
