Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Private Pediatric Clinic, Forest, VA.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are hiring for a pediatric clinic in Sandy Springs, GA, specializing in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to children with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs. We are hiring for a dynamic team committed to supporting children and their families by fostering growth and development through tailored, effective therapeutic approaches.


Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join this team. As a BCBA in the clinic, you will play a critical role in assessing, designing, and implementing individualized behavior plans for children with a range of developmental and behavioral challenges. This is a full-time position, with a structured Monday through Friday schedule.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify each child's needs
  2. Develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  3. Provide direct ABA therapy to clients and oversee therapy sessions
  4. Train and supervise behavior technicians, ensuring fidelity to the treatment plan
  5. Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare providers to support overall treatment goals
  6. Track and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  7. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinic environment
Qualifications:
  1. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  2. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  3. Current Virginia licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a BCBA
  4. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  5. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
