Overview

Provide behavioral and therapeutic support services to consumers. This includes assessment, evaluation, training and education, program planning, support services and clinical services to consumers, families and/or staff. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral evaluations, liaising for psychiatric supports, participating in ongoing assessments, developing and monitoring behavioral intervention plans, meeting with consumers and their families, responding to emergencies, preparing and submitting written reports regularly, maintaining caseload files, and participating as a member of multidisciplinary teams. Provide staff training on implemented programs.

Qualifications: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention is required.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Must be a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
  2. Ability to review, interpret, and communicate highly technical information effectively.
  3. Knowledge of age-appropriate activities, CPT codes, payor rules, treatment modalities, and assessments.
  4. Reliable transportation.
  5. Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, walking, and climbing.
  6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Ability to apply common sense and good judgment in decision-making.
  8. Ability to participate in and demonstrate crisis management procedures.
  9. Educational requirements: Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline, with BCBA certification.
  10. Proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
External Job Description
  • Conduct assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Design and execute evidence-based ABA interventions.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
  • Apply ABA techniques to improve various skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports.
  • Support and educate parents and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and participate in team meetings.

  • Engage with community resources and support networks.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and stay updated with field developments.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively.
  • Complete clinical documentation within SpringHealth’s EHR system.
  • Assist in developing staff training procedures.
  • Participate in continued education and professional development.
  • Document client progress regularly.
