This role offers a hybrid schedule after a 90-day onsite training and requires being in the Milwaukee area.

You will handle calls and emails, resolve billing questions, document interactions in CRM, and follow SOPs while maintaining empathy and accuracy in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Call center experience required.
• Healthcare, medical billing, or related healthcare admin exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and professional phone presence.
• Ability to multitask across systems while on live calls.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Calm, empathetic, solutions-focused under pressure.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM preferred.
