Rising Medical Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Partner & Provider Support team. You will handle inquiries related to medical bill review and provide professional service to medical providers.

The role emphasizes healthcare administration experience, strong communication, and empathy, with a hybrid schedule after onsite training and a meaningful impact on cost containment in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Call center experience is required.
• Healthcare, medical billing, or group health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and professional phone presence.
• Ability to multitask across systems while on live calls.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused under pressure.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM preferred.
