Job summary

Concord Counseling Services in Westerville, OH, seeks a Billing Supervisor to lead our billing and revenue cycle operations within our Westerville office. You will hire, mentor, and supervise billing staff; ensure accurate claim submission, timely credentialing, and strong payer performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years healthcare billing and revenue cycle management experience preferably in behavioral health.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience overseeing billing, accounting, or financial operations.
• Proven experience maintaining revenue cycle processes that achieve claim collection rates exceeding 95%.
• Expertise in Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance billing, credentialing, and payer requirements and fee schedules.
• Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring collections and agency performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team meetings and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
• Oversee end-to-end billing operations and revenue cycle activities.
• Ensure clinical staff are credentialed within established timeframes.
• Monitor timely and accurate claim submission, payment posting, adjustments, and claim follow-up.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections to maximize reimbursement and minimize aging balances.
• Ensure payer contracts, fee schedules, and reimbursement rates are applied correctly.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure accurate documentation, coding, and billing compliance.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory and payer compliance.

Concord Counseling Services is seeking a Billing Supervisor to lead our billing and revenue cycle operations while supporting our mission of delivering high-quality behavioral health services to the community.
