Qualifications

• Must possess excellent communication skills via phone and email.
• Familiar with medical terminology and insurance codes.
• Ability to read and interpret EOB/EOP and navigate payer portals.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Service customer billing needs and assure timely remittance.
• Follow up with payers to facilitate uninterrupted cash flow.
• Edit and resubmit claims for payment when needed.
• Prepare and review clean claims for submission to insurers.
• Document activities accurately in systems and use multiple portals.
