Job summary

Bronson Healthcare Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer II to create reports, extracts, dashboards, and BI tools for financial, operational, or clinical information systems. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with SQL and dashboard development, plus strong data visualization skills.

Preferred experience includes Crystal Reports and Epic data model certification. Knowledge of healthcare operations and data warehousing concepts is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of progressive experience writing reports and SQL queries and developing dashboards and data models for financial, operational or clinical information systems.
• Strong data visualization skills required.
• Experience with Crystal Reports preferred.
• Working knowledge of healthcare operations required.
• Experience with data cubes, data universes, and data warehouses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses knowledge of business operations and KPIs to provide BI recommendations.
• Defin es reporting requirements with stakeholders and ensures data quality.
• Generates reports and designs dashboards for performance monitoring and decision making.
• Performs data validation to ensure accuracy of data and models.
• Produces technical documentation to support data delivery development.
• Leads or contributes to BI projects in an Agile environment.
