Qualifications

• Experience with employer-provided health benefits.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Strategically evaluate benefit plans for competitiveness, gaps and opportunities.
• Benchmark plans and vendors against peers using market data.
• Monitor health plan performance, utilization and cost trends.
• Work with Benefits Analytics on plan changes and financial impact.
• Lead or support vendor RFPs and vendor selection processes.
• Support SPDs and Annual Enrollment processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance of benefit plans.
