Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a benefits manager to lead healthcare strategy, evaluate vendors, and design the Firm’s health and benefits offering. The role supports financial management and data analytics to inform strategy and program decisions.

You will collaborate across Benefits Analytics, Sourcing, Legal, Technology and Communications to ensure plan performance, regulatory compliance, and a smooth annual enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of work experience on a corporate benefits team, health plan administrator or consulting firm
• Demonstrated experience with employer-provided health benefits
• Proficiency in MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Strategically evaluate current benefit plans for competitiveness and gaps.
• Benchmark plans and vendors using market data to inform strategies.
• Monitor health plan performance and cost trends with Benefits Analytics.
• Lead vendor RFPs and vendor selection processes.
• Manage annual vendor contracts review and SPD updates.
• Support regulatory reporting and financial operations.
