Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of customer service, account management, client relations, or sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance required.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned employer groups and broker partners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive support and communication.
• Lead renewal discussions and explain premium changes, utilization trends, and plan performance.
• Partner with Underwriting to review and communicate renewal data and cost drivers.
• Recommend plan options and solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
• Resolve escalated client and broker concerns through cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate onboarding and account changes for employer groups.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ACA, and company policies.
• Participate in open enrollment meetings, presentations, and departmental initiatives.
