Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead inpatient and outpatient growth in IRF and/or LTCH settings. You will design and implement innovative referral programs, drive census growth, and foster a culture focused on patient safety and care excellence.

You will guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team while collaborating with hospital leadership to align strategies with our mission and deliver exceptional outcomes for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading marketing and business development initiatives.
• 2+ years in healthcare marketing or liaison roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Proven track record in sales/marketing within healthcare.
• Knowledge of local healthcare market desirable.
