- Ability to elicit and gather requirements from internal and external customers.
- Strong collaboration across ITG and Business Operations to drive automation initiatives.
Responsabilités
- Provide process and automation consulting services to ITG and Business Units
- Serve as process and program leaders in HCA Healthcare’s automation community of practice
- Lead automation teams in the execution of larger programs
- Executes against enterprise-wide cross-functional automation initiatives
- Elicit and gather requirements for automation projects by working directly with internal and external customers
- Develop and maintain strong, proactive stakeholder relationships
