Job summary

Mayo Clinic in La Crosse, WI seeks an Asset Management Service Representative I to support healthcare teams by managing and maintaining medical equipment used in patient care. You will handle delivery, cleaning, basic tests, inventory tracking and customer service with clinicians.

Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, able to work independently, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to complete USME training. This is a fulltime role on-site.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Outstanding listening, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently.
  • Completion of USME training program.

Responsibilities

  • Help deliver, pick up, thoroughly clean and perform basic functionality tests on medical equipment.
  • Perform routine hospital rounds to check equipment needs and ensure patient-ready condition.
  • Provide professional customer service to hospital clinicians and respond promptly.
  • Establish rapport with hospital staff and anticipate their needs.
  • Help manage inventory of medical equipment using a tracking system.
  • Follow safety rules, report accidents, and identify hazards.
  • Document equipment incidents in compliance with policies.
  • Participate in professional development trainings and stay updated on policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
