Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in analysis or a related field required.
2-3 years of healthcare data experience preferred.
Experience with SQL, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and report data to support daily operations, strategic planning, and business performance decisions.
Collate, model, interpret, and analyze healthcare and operational data.
Identify trends, explain variances, and communicate findings in a clear and accessible way.
Develop and maintain exploratory analyses, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in partnership with analytics engineers and visualization developers.
Create clear business definitions and documentation for data products.
Complete thorough quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy, reliability, trustworthiness, and validity of work.
Perform source-to-target data validation for dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to define needs, align on priorities, and support strategic objectives.
