DeliverIt Group seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist – Operations Support to own AP processes from our Sugar Land headquarters. The role supports corporate operations in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment within a growing healthcare organization.

You will manage vendor invoices, three‑way matching, month‑end close, and onboarding of new vendors, while ensuring accuracy and compliance across entities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years accounts payable or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software; QuickBooks preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite or Sage a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Perform three‑way matching between PO, receiving, and invoices.
• Prepare weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, checks).
• Maintain vendor master files and W‑9s; onboard new vendors.
• Support month‑end close and AP accruals; review aging & reports.
• Assist with 1099 classifications and filings.
