Job summary

Second Sight Solutions, a BRG subsidiary, seeks a Manager of Strategic Analytics to drive internal data analyses and strategic insights for leadership. You will scope opportunities, oversee dashboards, and mentor junior analysts to ensure data quality across platforms.

The role requires seven-plus years in business analytics, strong SQL/R skills, and experience with healthcare datasets. You will report to the VP Strategy & Policy and CSO and influence critical decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in economics, mathematics, data science or related field.
• At least seven years of experience in business analytics.
• Experience with healthcare-related datasets preferred (claims, pharmaceutical data).
• Ability to communicate analytical results to non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating dashboards and presenting insights with PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify and scope opportunities for new or expanded lines of business.
• Lead execution of internal data analysis projects and strategic insights.
• Train and manage junior data analysts.
• Build and consult on internal dashboards for company platforms.
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics across platforms.
• Improve data collection quality across platforms.
