The role emphasizes storytelling with data, project management for assigned clients, and collaboration with Account Management teams. Some remote work is available with regional in-office expectations, plus up to 20% travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role in sales, account management, TPA, or consulting.
• Proficient with Office 365 applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated clear and concise written & verbal communication; strong virtual presentation skills.
• Driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Support complex employer groups within National Markets, typically regionally.
• Serve as primary contact and project manager for assigned clients.
• Create client-specific insights and content for engagements with Regional Strategist assistance as needed.
• Distill data into compelling, actionable insights and tell a story.
• Present portions of engagements based on client needs.
• Navigate data/tools to connect the dots and tell a story with insights.
• Understand adopted and proposed client solutions.
• Participate in colleague feedback and cross-train within the pod.
• Collaborate with the broader account management team to address analytic needs.
