Job summary

Flora Health, LLC is seeking an Analytics Manager, Data & Reporting to lead client-facing analytics across pharmaceutical and health tech accounts. You will produce reports, dashboards, and data narratives, collaborating with the VP, Product and COO to translate complex data into actionable insights.

The role is hands-on, requiring proficiency with data visualization tools, SQL-based querying, and working across multiple client accounts while maintaining high data quality and scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of analytics, reporting, data visualization, or insights roles.
• Experience with at least one BI tool: Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint for data formatting and storytelling.
• Hands-on SQL querying and data warehouse experience (Snowflake or equivalent).
• Healthcare/pharma analytics background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce analytics reports and dashboards for pharma client accounts.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, on-time, and aligned to client needs.
• Customize visualizations and narratives for varied data fluency audiences.
• Support performance summaries and benchmark reports for client reviews.
