AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Project Manager/Analyst to drive planning, programs, and projects within our digital transformation effort. You will define objectives, gather requirements, and partner with data teams to surface meaningful metrics for decision making.

This role requires strong communication, solid experience with the SDLC, and a track record of delivering enterprise-scale initiatives in healthcare. Remote-friendly in California with collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, programs, and projects.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferred.
• Input-driven team player capable of collaboration or independent work.
• Experience with cost/benefit, ROI or payback analysis.
• Familiarity with SDLC and cloud-based platforms in health care.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives and facilitate planning for projects.
• Capture business, data, and reporting requirements.
• Support cost/benefit and ROI analyses before work begins.
• Work with data teams to define meaningful metrics.
