Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, while facilitating system enhancements and process improvements. You will support vendor integrations, configure document management workflows, and lead testing activities including user acceptance testing.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare technology or related fields, a bachelor's degree in a related area, and familiarity with SQL and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business systems analysis, application support, healthcare technology, operational systems, or related field.
• Experience supporting business applications, system integrations, and operational workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, healthcare administration, computer science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Facilitate system enhancements and process improvements.
• Support vendor integrations and ongoing system connectivity.
• Configure and maintain document management and workflow solutions.
• Develop and execute system testing activities, including user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Support software implementation projects and system upgrades.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and configuration records.
• Manage release activities, including validation and deployment support.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners on technical initiatives and strategic projects.
• Assist with project planning, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
• Develop user guides, reference materials, and training documentation.
• Participate in operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct system audits and support compliance activities.
• Meet department and company performance and attendance expectations.
