In this Data Analyst II role, you will help teams turn healthcare and operational datasets into reliable dashboards, analyses, and shared definitions that support quality, safety, and patient-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analysis or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of data experience; healthcare data preferred.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, data visualization, and BI tools such as Tableau.
• Experience conducting QA, data validation, and analysis for accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report data to support daily operations and strategic decisions.
• Collate, model, and analyze healthcare and operational data.
• Identify trends, variances, and communicate findings clearly.
• Develop exploratory analyses, dashboards, and data visualizations with analytics engineers.
• Create clear data product definitions and documentation.
• Perform data quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities and objectives.
