The role requires deep knowledge of healthcare data architecture, Epic systems, data engineering, and product management, with leadership skills to mentor analysts and drive value through scalable data solutions that improve patient care and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, data science, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in data product management / healthcare analytics.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and data flows, including Epic.
• Expertise in data architecture, data engineering, and product management.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI; familiarity with Epic tooling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy/security.
