Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Statistics or related field.
• Five years of experience in systems analysis and design of information systems, with managerial/supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Data & Analytics unit, establishing work plans, service standards, and production calendars.
• Develops staff, defines competencies, and ensures cross-domain coverage.
• Oversees Epic reporting environment including Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, and Radar dashboards.
• Plans, schedules, and budgets for system design, reporting, and development work.
• Maintains data governance, certified measure definitions, and data quality monitoring.
