Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in data product management, healthcare data analytics, or data engineering; mentoring staff.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems (inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory) and data flows, especially within Epic.
• Expertise in data architecture, engineering, and product management principles; manage data assets as scalable products.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI; familiarity with Epic reporting tools and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and treat data as a product to support System Planning and Healthcare Analytics.
• Provide overall guidance and structure for creating and maintaining data solutions.
• Lead a team of data analysts to assist with data tasks and service line analysis.
• Drive operational improvements through data-driven insights.
