Job summary

Chewy is expanding its Healthcare Analytics team and seeks a Healthcare Analytics Manager to lead analytics for Pharmacy, Compounding, and Equine/Farm/Exotics divisions. You will leverage diverse data sources to build self-service analytics tooling and in-depth analyses that drive improvements in customer experience and P&L.

You will partner with General Managers, Finance and Data Engineers to define an analytics roadmap, develop dashboards, and establish KPI frameworks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science or similar role.
• Proven ability to deliver self-service analytics tooling and in-depth analyses with measurable business impact.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or equivalent BI tool), and Excel. Python experience is a bonus.
• Experience with e-commerce, omni-channel, or retail data and understanding of KPI and P&L metrics.
• Experience applying advanced analytics concepts (experiment design, A/B testing, statistics) to improve performance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead insights generation by delivering analyses that tell a story and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
• Define and develop new KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure success and monitor progress against strategic goals.
• Build user-friendly reporting and dashboards for internal and external customers.
• Assess data needs and partner with technical teams to deliver proofs of concept and QA/UAT on new data sources.
• Create and continuously improve documentation and training materials.
