Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Practice Insights Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that inform decision-making, operational performance, and customer engagement across the Practice Insights portfolio.

You will develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations, partnering with product owners and analysts to ensure data accuracy and usability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically requires 5–7 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in data analysis, BI, reporting, or analytics support.
• Experience with commercial-grade data and analytic products is required.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, pharmaceutical distribution, sales operations, or business analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights to support business decisions, performance, and customer engagement.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with analytics teams, IT, and business partners to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Support analytics product development, testing, implementation, documentation, and enhancements.
• Create clear data storytelling and presentation materials for leadership and stakeholders.
