Job summary

Johns Hopkins Health Plans is seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Advanced Analytics to lead our internal analytics capabilities and drive enterprise analytics strategy. You will develop and manage a high-performing team responsible for trend analysis, provider network evaluation, cost-of-care modeling, clinical program evaluations, and population health analytics.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or similar degree.
• Ten years of analytics experience in healthcare economics, informatics, strategic finance or related field.
• Experience with advanced statistical models, business intelligence tools, and data visualization software.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, ROI and program evaluation.
• Strong background and deep understanding of healthcare data, business concepts, and insurance; Medicare Advantage/Medicaid/Commercial experience preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with P/L owners and operational leaders using data to support business strategies and budgets.

• Develop and manage a high-performing analytics team.
• Oversee trend analysis, provider network evaluation, cost-of-care modeling, and population health analytics.
