Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or related field, or Masters degree
• Proficient at querying a wide variety of data sources to extract meaningful insights
• Advanced in SQL, R and Python for data analysis
• Ability to build dynamic dashboards using Tableau or Power BI
• Strong business intelligence and ability to drive a business case from inception to execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to implement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Construct forecasts and strategic/tactical plans from business data and market knowledge
• Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs
• Lead cross-functional teams to address business issues
• Produce datasets and reports using system reporting tools
